This website is operated by BOHEMIA netverslun. We sell handmade Czech crystal products online in Iceland and internationally.
All products are subject to availability.

We make every effort to display product descriptions and images as accurately as possible. However, due to the handmade nature of crystal products, slight variations in color, shape, or size may occur.
Such variations do not constitute defects.
3. Prices
All prices are listed in ISK unless stated otherwise.
Prices include applicable Icelandic VAT where required.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to the total price.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
4. Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
5. Payment
We accept online payments via approved payment providers.
Payment must be completed before dispatch.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days.
Delivery times depend on destination and carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
7. Returns & Refunds
You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the product is faulty.
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
8. Damaged or Defective Goods
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
We will arrange replacement or refund where applicable.
